Privacy Policy Statement

The protection of your privacy is a matter of great importance to our business. We therefore wish to inform you of how we handle your personal data below:

1.   Storage of access data in server log files

Our website can be visited by potential buyers without them needing to provide any personal data. In the case of visits to our website, we only store so-called access data in the server log files, such as the name of the requested file, the date and time of access, the data volume transmitted and the requesting provider.

This data is evaluated solely for purposes of ensuring trouble-free operation of our web pages and improving our website and do not enable us to make any deductions concerning your identity. Personal data is not collected, stored or processed at this point.

2.   Data collection/Use for contract handling

We collect personal data provided by you voluntarily in connection with your order, your purchase, making contact with us (e.g. via the contact form or by email) or execution of your order.

What data is collected can be seen from the various data input forms. We use the data provided by you for executing the contract and dealing with your inquiries.

After complete performance and settlement of the contract, your data is blocked from further use and deleted on expiry of the preservation periods specified in tax and commercial law unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to make further use of the data if and insofar as such use is permitted by law and we have expressly informed you of it.

3.   Forwarding of data for the purpose of contract fulfilment

To enable fulfilment of the contract, we pass on some of your personal data to the enterprise commissioned with performing shipment. This is necessary if and insofar as the delivery of ordered goods is carried out by third parties. For the handling of payments, we pass on the data necessary for the purpose of payment to the bank instructed to effect payment and/or, if necessary, to payment service providers commissioned to act on our behalf or to the payment service provider (e.g. Paypal) chosen by you during the ordering process.

4.   Use of cookies (during use of our website only)

To make visits to our website as attractive as possible and, indeed, to make the use of some functions possible at all, we use “cookies” on our websites. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies used by us are deleted at the end of a browser session, i.e. on closing your browser, (so-called session browsers). Other cookies stay on your terminal device and enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit (so-called persistent cookies). You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed of the installation of cookies and can decide individually on whether to accept or reject the use of cookies either in certain cases or in general. Refusal to allow cookies may sometimes result in impairment of proper functioning of the website.

5.   Right to information and contact possibilities

You have the right to be informed at any time, free of charge, of the personal data relating to you and stored by us, and also the right to have the said data corrected, deleted or access to it barred. You are entitled to these rights as a matter of course. In the case of questions relating to the collection, storage or use of your personal data, or in the case of requests for information or for correction, blocking or deletion of data and for revocation of approval/consent already given or objection to a certain use of data, please have no hesitation in contacting our external data protection officer:
